Review : This story is about 'Ickabog', the monster, who people thought was scary and fearsome. It starts with the story of Fred, the king of Cornucopia and his Chief advisor Herringbone, who gets murdered by King Fred's bad friends Lord Spittleworth and Lord Flapoon. They fool the kingdom by telling that Ickabog kills people and is a very dangerous monster. They also tell stories about how King Fred had fought bravely with the Ickabog. Then there are also best friends Bert and Daisy who do not like the two Lords because Bert's father Major Beamish was killed by Lord Flapoon.
There is a pleasant surprise towards the end, which you have to read to find more about. Read and enjoy to know how the new city of Ickaby is found.
