Review : This book tells various stories of Indian gods and goddesses portrayed as human beings. There are stories about Saraswati, Kama, Yama, Krishna and even cows. It is enjoyable, imaginative and fun to read. My favourite character was Kama as he is kind and helpful, although cursed. I did not like the character of Yama as he is very stern. My favourite part of the book is how Sweety, the cow tells Gauri about how people used cows in the olden days.
